We currently ship Australia-wide, including regional and remote areas. We are not shipping internationally at this stage.

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, so you only ever pay for what your parcel actually costs to send.

Orders over $150 ship free.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. After that:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional: 4–8 business days
• Remote WA and NT: up to 10 business days

Peak periods and sale events can add a day or two.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If it has been more than three business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.

If your order has not been packed yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email us as quickly as you can with your order number. Once a parcel is with the courier we are not able to recall it.

Contact us immediately. If the parcel has not shipped we can correct it at no cost. If it has already left, we may be able to redirect it, though the courier sometimes charges a fee for this.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and with all packaging, tags and accessories included.

Email us with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send return instructions and an address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost and a $10 AUD handling and restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we cover everything.

Unfortunately not. Once linen has been washed or used we cannot resell it, so it falls outside our return policy. The exception is a genuine manufacturing fault, which we will always take care of.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your return arriving with us. Depending on your bank, the money can take a further 3–10 business days to appear.

Our sizes follow standard Australian bed dimensions:

• Single 91 × 190cm
• Double 137 × 190cm
• Queen 152 × 203cm
• King 183 × 203cm
• Super King 203 × 203cm

All fitted sheets have a generous 40cm pocket to fit thicker mattresses and toppers.

As a rule: wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Skip fabric softener entirely, it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency over time. Specific care instructions are listed on every product page.

Yes, noticeably. Natural fibres like linen and long-staple cotton break in with use. Most customers find the difference obvious by the fifth or sixth wash, and the fabric keeps improving well beyond that.

Our fabrics are pre-shrunk, so expect minimal movement. Washing hot or tumble drying on high can still cause some shrinkage, which is why we recommend cold or warm washes and a low dryer setting.

Not always. Fibre quality matters far more than the number. A 400 thread count sheet in long-staple cotton will outlast and out-feel a 1500 thread count sheet made from short, weak fibres. We publish both the count and the fibre so you can judge properly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through an encrypted checkout.

Yes. We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and our payment providers.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any applicable GST is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and re-order later.
